Welcome to Positive Touch! We are a multi-faceted wellness and massage therapy clinic with experienced and skilled therapists on staff.

We originated and popularized the on-site chair massage program at Whole Foods Market in Richardson, Texas on Christmas 1988. Our clients enjoy a wide range of techniques during a typical table massage session, including Swedish, Myofascial, Shiatsu, Deep Tissue, CranioSacral, and many others.

We offer continuing education courses approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

We train our dogs as if they were a beloved member of the family and they are! I'm a licensed massage therapist offering one on one classes to couples or singles in Swedish Relaxation Massage in Frisco, TX off Preston Rd. by the Lebanon Rd. Exit off the tollway, or 121/Preston rd.
You'll learn all the basic hand and body movements and strokes necessary to give a therapeutic and wonderfully relaxing massage to your significant other, friends or family! It's a great skill to have in life; it will never go out of style and your partners will love you for it too :) After all who wouldn't love to get or give a great massage? Just remember when you give, you shall receive in many ways as well.... trust me :)

Couples Class (2 people) = $200 for a 1hr. class (you will be learning on your partner, while I walk you each through 30min of instruction where you both take turns laying on the table while the other works on you.)

Singles Class =$100 for a 1hr. class **(you will need to bring someone with you which I can instruct on, and you can practice on during the class)
