Sugar Babies, Sweet Tarts and Bit O' Honey won't be popular with just the kids; women will be partaking of candy as a way to get healthy and fit
Greetings! Choice Training Group Fitness is inviting women ages 18 and older to a FREE "Taste" of Kandy & Krome, an exotic dance workout session Saturday, October 31, 2:05 PM at 2560 King Arthur Boulevard Suite 120 in the Castle Hills community of Lewisville. The Kandy & Krome Room does not host typical exotic dance classes. Participants don't have to be "dancers" and while the class involves a pole, it's for every woman over 18 years-old regardless of size and fitness level. Depending on the fitness level, they start out slowly, with just a "taste". As women progress, they graduate to groups like the Sugar Babies, Sweet Tarts, Pop Rocks, Bonkers and Bit O' Honey. People have many ideas of what exotic dancing or pole dancing is about. In this class, it's about an exciting new way to spice up their fitness routines with saucy dance moves, while building strength, flexibility, confidence and a fit and healthy body," says Toy Laster, co-owner of Choice Training Group Fitness and Kandy & Krome instructor! "My vision for the Kandy & Krome room is to have a place that really appeals to women. I think most women are sweet and sensuous, so I played up that theme with sensual, candy-like colors in the room and candy themes for the sessions. The room feels very inviting, which helps women to feel comfortable during the workout session," says Laster. Exotic dancing isn't the only unique fitness class that is offered at Choice Training Group Fitness, other classes include: Pre-natal Fitness, the Lunch Crunch Workout, Boot Camp, Youth Hip Hop Dance, Corporate/Community Wellness and much more. • Location: Choice Training (Inside of the Kandy & Krome Room)
