The mission of the Texas Humane Legislation Network (THLN) is to promote the humane treatment of animals through legislation, education and advocacy. Established in 1975, The Network is a grassroots, nonprofit organization that fights for the enactment and enforcement of laws to protect animals from abuse and neglect. The Network is a voice for every animal and animal welfare agency in Texas.

Your help is especially needed during January through June of a legislative year, which falls every odd numbered year in Texas (ie: 2009). During this time, we need you to phone your legislators, mail letters, help with fund raising, assist in legal research, and join us at the Capitol to lobby the legislature.

During the off years, THLN works to determine the animal protection issues to be pursued in the next session. With your assistance, we can educate more people about abuse and neglect plus advocate for those without a voice between legislative sessions.

Young Actors Studio was founded 23 years ago by national award-winning Childrens TV producer/Director, Linda Seto. Ms. Seto works with all of the major Hollywood Movie Studios ( Disney, Dreamworks, Paramount, Universal, Sony, Fox, Lions gate and TV Networks ABC, NBC, CBS, CW through TV series she’s produced and students she’s trained and launched.

With her years of experience as a TV Producer/Director, she created a highly acclaimed acting program, complete with a TV soundstage and production facility under one roof.
