If you are looking for a salon for station or private suite rental, I just might be the best deal in the Addison area. Stations & private suites are immediately available. Come & tour our facility. Beautiful tile & premium fixtures grace this space. We have a large living area & spacious shampoo room for our suites area & large open concept area in our stations for rent. Reserve your private suite or station with a deposite. My location is at 15058 Beltway Drive, Right behind the Addison Park Place building on Beltline (View Point Bank), & it is right across from Cantina Loredo.
If you are tired of paying an extreme amount of money for booth rental, I might be the place for you. My salon is office space, not retail space, so I can afford to lease my stations for considerably less than most salons. If you are dependant on walk in traffic to support your business, this may not be the salon for you. But if you are interested in a beautiful, professional working environment & you are established in your business, or do sufficient advertising to draw new clientelle to your self, you could cut your rent in half by joining us.
Station rental is $120 per week, or, 2 stylists can share a station for $150 & split the rent how ever they wish. Salon suites are ready to rent starting at $130 a week. A two weeks rent deposite is required to secure your station or room. One week of vacation is given at the end of the year of your stay. Coffee, tea, & water are available for your clients. The open salon is 770 square feet, & includes your station, hydrolic chair, appliance holder, & a lockable locker in the dispensery & kitchen area for additional storage. The salon suites portion of the building is 1068 sq ft. The suites include a station, mirror, & hydrolic chair,appliance holder, w a chair in your shampoo area.
