Position summary::/h4:
Markit is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Coordinator to facilitate daily client deliverables within the WSO Services group. The individual will be responsible for managing client inquiries and client support for the WSOWeb outsourcing platform. Additional responsibilities include partnering with other Markit business lines around client resolution and satisfaction. Finally, this employee will partner directly with our Account Specialists and Strategic Account Specialists to execute a client focused agenda.
Duties and accountabilities::/h4:
:Manage day:to:day client inquiries including the orchestration of workflow and timely resolution between internal teams. Clients include Asset Managers, Banks, Hedge Funds, Mutual Funds, and Total Return Swap programs
:Capture and report client statistics, trends, and metrics based on a series of quantitative measures (e.g. Assets Under Management)
:Prepare billing reports based on clients' contractual schedules. Includes the presentation of trend/profitability analysis to Senior Management and Finance
:Provide overall support and customer service to entirety of Services clients; ensuring team coverage model of 7am:7pm CST is in place and operating daily
:Assist Acct Specialists and Strategic Account Specialists with as needed project management

BA or BS from accredited institution
Commercial awareness:/h5:
Strong PC Skills : Microsoft Office
Exposure to financial concepts
Experience in Financial Services Preferred

Eligible colleagues must meet the requirements of the job as indicated in the posted job description.
Colleagues must have at least six months of continuous service in their current position with IHS for a posted job, unless approval is granted by the colleagues' supervisor and Human Resources. This period allows colleagues to become competent in their current role and demonstrate satisfactory performance.
