Watters, a global leader in the fashion industry for over 30 years, is searching for an outstanding Social Media and Content Marketing Manager (Title Depends on Experience) to help us continue growing our 3 brands in the luxury bridal fashion space.

This person will have the opportunity to help launch and build a number of new Marketing programs and initiatives while continuing to improve upon our current Marketing functions. We are looking for a social media guru, content creator, writing aficionado and grammar expert with an eye for visuals, ideally also with some experience in email marketing and other Marketing functions. He / she will be leading the development of an Editorial Calendar and Strategy for all of our brands. The candidate also possesses a visual understanding of our brands, as well as a data and ROI:driven approach when it comes to making day:to:day Marketing decisions.

Primary Responsibilities



Social Media
:Create and Execute (Organic / Non:Paid) Strategy for Pinterest Account to meet business objectives

:Plan and make regular posts for our brands Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and/or Instagram accounts that are in line with brand visuals and written tone; manage and respond to comments and direct messages

:Content Creation for Social Media: : Organize and host monthly informal photoshoots and street style shoots to create imagery for use in social media and other marketing

:Styled Shoots: Outreach Photographers and Other Vendors for Styled Shoots / Collaboration Opportunities

:Devise and lead initiatives to increase followers, engagement, and traffic to our site for each of our accounts; measure success and ROI on an ongoing basis

:Work with the Marketing Director to create strategic plans for overall Social Media programs + monthly / quarterly posting content calendars

:Ongoing reporting for key KPIs



Content Marketing


:Develop strategy: Create and manage consumer facing Editorial Plan and Calendar; execute and manage roll out to relevant marketing channels : website, social media, email, online channels, and all marketing touch points

:Create and publish engaging content, ensuring all deadlines are met

:Optimize content according to SEO

:Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics

:Ensure all content created is on brand with each brands distinct identity

:Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement




Copywriting for Other Marketing Programs:
:Write copy, edit, and assist in creating content for all 3 of our bridal brands for other Marketing areas:
:Email Marketing
:Website, New Pages, and New Content Blocks
:Digital Ad Copy (for Weekly Ad Tests and Optimization, in partnership with Digital Performance Marketing Manager)
:Promotions
:PR Materials
:Collateral / B2B Marketing Initiatives
:Influencer Marketing Initiatives
:etc.
Assist in Execution for Other Marketing Areas
:Depending on the skillset of the candidate, other future projects may include:
