Sales Operations Manager, South Central
Armstrong Flooring, Inc. (AFI) has an opportunity as a Sales Operations Manager located in our South Central region. The Operations Manager will be joining an established team of sales professionals to collectively drive sales.
Key Responsibilities of the OperationsManager:
:Support, Execute and Administer key regional initiatives
:Building relationships and drive share of mind with key distributor personnel
:Communicate and implement new product introductions, pricing, marketing programs, promotions and initiatives to drive the business through the AFI Distributor
:Provide monthly demand planning input
:Communicate and track all new business development opportunities measured through SFDC
:Merchandise penetration initiatives accurately measured against complete execution
:Own follow up TAR (Territory Area Review) action plans
:Monitor and evaluate market conditions to include competitive activity and assist developing plans to identify corrective actions and gap closures
:Collaborate between Distributor and AFI Product Management teams
:Support Director and outside sales team toward achieving Quarterly and Annual Sales Goals
Required Qualifications for Operations Manager:
:5+years previous sales experience
:A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree preferred
:A strong track record of achievement; Experience as a top performer with outstanding result
:Excellent communication and relationship building skills
:The ability to learn quickly
:Results driven attitude
:High energy level
:Desire to sell a great brand and great products within an appropriate spectrum of price range
:Consultative selling, strong communication, influencing, negotiating, analytical, time/project management skills are essential
:Demonstrated ability and experience to effectively manage multiple relationships and priorities.
:Valid US drivers license
