Job Description:/h3:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with both end users, security consultants and integrators. Responsibilities will include administrative duties, organizing incoming business, and generating demand through proactive customer outreach. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, and the candidate must be based in Dallas, Texas. Salary offered will depend on level of experience and past salary history.
Job Summary:
:
Drive new sales revenue by prospecting, qualifying, presenting proposals and managing the sales cycle thru to completion/sale.
:
Manage current client expectations by building and maintaining a trusted advisor relationship.
:
Work with Signal 88 partners and affiliates to ensure client needs are met at all times.
:
Forecast and track key account metrics.
:
Continuously be at the forefront of private security trends as they emerge in the industry, including the video IP/surveillance and monitoring capabilities offered by Signal 88s core partner.
:
Manage and grow your existing book of business, while targeting exponential growth in several verticals, including: HOA/high:rise, construction, education, retail, etc.
Responsibilities:
:Capitalize on your book of business by reaching out (in person, by email and by phone) and through existing relationships to drive Sales
:Development of sales material to effectively promote the S88 brand and create product demand.
:Manage the administrative duties needed to support and maximize Sales efforts
:Contribute growth opportunities from existing customer base into the growth pipeline by prospecting, qualifying and quote creation
:Present initial sales presentations to end users and c:level executives
:Onboard newly signed up clients on S88s proprietary portal for viewing reports
:Organizes all sales leads; ensures ongoing follow up
:Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures
:Accomplishes department and organization sales goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Desired Skills and Experience
:3+ years (minimum) of progressive field sales experience, specializing in private security services sales
:Knowledge of selling IP Video and video
surveillance/monitoring systems and services highly desired
:Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel
:Proficiency in understanding and designing IP camera infrastructure is a plus.
:Excellent initiative and interpersonal communication skills.
:Demonstrated ability to influence key decision makers, and clients at all levels.
:Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related discipline
:
CPP Certification highly desired
Compensation:
:Base salary + commission plan
