Game Changing Benefits is currently looking for a few Regional Sales Managers. We are seeking experienced, high performing insurance sales managers with a proven track record to develop a team of 10 agents or more with opportunities to become a Managing Partner with 30 plus agents.
We are a local rapidly growing insurance marketing organization, focusing mostly on the senior market, offering a variety of life, health, Medicare, and retirement products, partnering with only highly rated companies that offer first class products. We offer a dynamic lead generation program, while training our agents a consultative approach that provides solutions and meets the needs of the prospect.
We will offer this candidate:
:Overrides : The manager will make an override on the entire team across all product lines including annuities, life insurance, trusts, Medicare supplements, long term care, home health care, cancer supplements, and wealth transfers.
:Lucrative Income Opportunity: Regional Sales Managers can make 250,000+ in commission, renewals, bonuses, and overrides on their team.
:RSM Bonus: We offer lucrative bonus programs for our Regional Sales Managers for developing leadership in addition to overrides, commission, and renewals.
:Agent Quarterly Bonus: We offer agents quarterly bonus opportunities to grow their career as an Agent or Manager.
:Outstanding lead program: We offer free Direct mail leads, internet leads and customized agent websites with social media marketing.
:Lead Management System: Our agents receive leads real time of interested prospects simply by having a smart phone.
:Proven Sales System: Extensive training program that includes one week of classroom training backed with several weeks of prospecting training, field training, and webinar training, along with advanced selling skills training.
:Extensive product portfolio: We are offering cutting edge products with superior benefits and rates while continuing to do ongoing research for the next best product.
:Agent Support: We provide office space for Managers and their Agents, case design, along with options to have elite closers to go in the field with the Agent.
:Office Space Provided: No need to go sign a lease with us. We provided the office space and a positive environment for you.
:No Debit Balance Roll Up: Agent debit balances roll up to GCB and not our RSMs.
:We recruit for you: We pay for all the recruiting expenses and have a recruiter to set interviews for you while our Managing Partners recruit agents on a monthly basis for you as well.
Job Responsibilities
:Continue to train sales team on new and existing products
:Develop newer agents into Agent Develop Associate leadership positions
:Role play closing techniques with agents to increase their sales effectiveness
:Train agents to call on leads and other interested prospects to educate on our benefits.
:Train agents to interview prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs.
:Monitor Agent prospecting activity and help assign leads.
:Help Agents customizing programs to suit individual clients and drive sales.
:Attend and participate in meetings for training, recognition, and product updates
:Interview Agents to see if they qualify to join our organization
