Hanu Life is a fast paced, growing aromatherapy company that sells essential oils and various devices to experience all the benefits nature has to offer while also helping preserve critical resources. We started as a small group of professionals interested in promoting wellness and a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Our growing business seeks an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to find new opportunities and promote our product line to businesses that align with our core values. We’re looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. In order to be successful you must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and think “outside the box”.

Job Functions


Plan and execute proactive outreach strategies with prospective clients to generate awareness of our company and our product.
Create a positive first impression with our prospects and customers by providing them with an experience they will never forget.
Executing sales by converting leads to purchasing customers.
Provide a clear, compelling, and articulate explanation of what we, as Hanu Life, offer our customers.
Develop a firm knowledge base of the products we offer and the services we can provide.
Research and build new and current accounts.
Maintain active engagement with all contact through creative follow-up communications
Constantly be searching for new and creative avenues to increase sales performance outside of the current trends.
Utilize all referrals and maximize their potential. Building relationships with potential growth accounts.
Provide and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction for past, present, and future clients.
Actively participate in and contribute to team and individual learning opportunities.
Ensure quotas, goals, and metrics set are met and/or exceeded.
Participate in other assigned projects as required.
Travel throughout the DFW areas as required.


Requirements


A high school diploma or GED is required, an Associate’s degree or similar preferred.
2 or more years’ previous direct or inside sales experience.
Excellent analytical skills with a genuine customer service attitude.
Ability to adapt to customer needs and create long lasting relationships through friendly and engaging interactions.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships across all levels of the organization.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of the aromatherapy and essential oil market.
Proficiency with basic office computer software programs, such as but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-sufficient attitude capable of working and multitasking with little direct supervision.
Positive attitude that is detail and customer orientated.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.

Hanu is the result of diverse backgrounds , world travels, and a merging of Eastern and Western cultures. The diversity within our group allowed us to pair different ideas together and create the range of products that we offer today. We came together and asked the big question, “In a world that has become so fast paced, how do we promote balance and well being?” The answer we found is through aromatherapy. We created blends that will complement our immediate environments to promote relaxation and peace.
