We’re Royal Alliances, a start-up software company. In just 4 years we’ve grown exponentially, and we’re looking for an exceptionally talented sales professional.

We are a B2B software-enabled service company catering to the postal industry by creating valuable alliance partnerships with independent firms in order to capture increased postage savings. We are now building a national sales team and we have a key position available in Texas.

We’re looking for someone with a verifiable sales track record in B2B sales with an emphasis on technology. We need this person to be self motivated, good at prospecting and work the leads given to them to bring on new accounts. Sounds simple, right? Well it is, what’s not simple is finding true talent in the world of mediocrity that we live in.

Our leadership team is young, ambitious, driven and we’re looking for the same in you.

We have a small customer base in the region and we’re looking for one driven sales associate to build out the region.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell Royal Alliances’ products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential new customers
• Reach or exceed agreed upon sales goals by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Travel is required

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Verifiable track record of consistent goal achievement
• Ability to perform software demos
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
