Yoga Pod Dallas is opening in October and is seeking individuals (teachers and non:teachers) with strong customer services skills and sales experience to assist with pre:opening events and presales going on NOW with the potential to continue working in the studio ongoing. Presales will be part:time on an hourly basis with a commission structure available once set team benchmarks have been met.
After studio opening, the Membership Consultant will help run all front desk yoga studio operations and must have a strong focus on customer service to ensure that all clients feel part of our special community, and those new to Yoga Pod have a great experience learning about the packages we offer, and ultimately lead to signing up for our services.

You have experience practicing podFLOW, podHOT and podFIT (or styles like them::vinyasa yoga, hot yoga, cardio/weighted fitness)
You believe in yoga and that it can change peoples lives
You consistently achieve goals in sales roles
You are proficient in MINDBODY processes including sales, client management and retail
You are an effective communicator
You enjoy finding creating solutions
You are a team:player
You perform at to the highest level regarding sales, conversion, and retention
You exhibit a passion for Yoga Pods Mission, Vision, and Values
You are approachable, attentive, receptive, objective, trusting, coachable, and confident
You display a competitive knowledge of the industry and trends
At a minimum:
1:2 years of sales experience with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
Excellent customer service skills
Confident in community outreach, in person sales and cold calls
Computer proficiency (Apple), including the Microsoft Office and social media
Strong ability to multi:task and quickly learn new
Outgoing, dependable, and responsible
Health and fitness minded
Flexible schedule with day, evening and weekend availability
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university, though in some cases a High School Diploma or GED may be accepted.
