Watters, a global leader in the fashion industry for over 30 years, is searching for an outstanding Marketing and Social Media : Sr. Associate or Associate Manager (title depends on experience) at our Corporate Headquarters to help us continue growing our six brands in the luxury bridal, bridesmaids, and social dresses spaces.

This person will report to the Director / Head of Marketing and will have the opportunity to participating in launching and build a number of new Marketing programs and initiatives, while continuing to improve upon our current Marketing functions. The ideal candidate possesses solid social media experience, strong writing skills, a visual understanding of our brands, attention to detail, a self:starter mentality, and a data / ROI:driven approach when it comes to making day:to:day Marketing decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing
:Make regular posts for our brands Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest accounts that are in line with brand visuals and written tone; manage and respond to comments and direct messages
:Devise and lead initiatives to increase followers, engagement, and traffic to our site for each of our accounts; measure success and ROI on an ongoing basis
:Work with the Marketing Director to create strategic plans for overall Social Media programs + monthly / quarterly posting content calendars
:Create and drive Pinterest strategy
:Ongoing reporting for key KPIs
Contribute to other Marketing Projects
:Blog / Content Marketing : writing blog posts and assisting with creation and management of Editorial Calendar
:Email Marketing : writing copy and creating layouts in MailChimp for emails
:PR : Managing editorial requests from press contacts
:Events Marketing : assisting with fashion shows, trade shows, photoshoots
:Website : Writing copy and selecting images for new website pages
:Collateral : Assist in creation of B2B collateral for retailers
:Seasonal product launches : Assist Marketing Director with Go:to:Market activities for seasonal campaign launches
:Other : Assist with coordinating contests / promos, Influencer Marketing, SEO, Landing Page Optimization and A/B Testing, Marketing Analytics, Competitive Analysis, and Customer Research
Marketing Skills and Requirements
:2:5 years of professional, full:time experience in Social Media Marketing with deep level of knowledge and marketing expertise for Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and Twitter
:Excellent writing skills; impeccable grammar is a must, as well as the ability to write in different styles / tones to match each brand
:Strong understanding of luxury brand visuals and how to use appropriate visual imagery to convey the identity of each of our brands
:Data:driven approach to decision:making; must be able to quantify ROI and impact for all Marketing activities worked on
:Basic proficiency in the following programs strongly preferred but not required: MailChimp, Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics, Hootsuite
:Experience in fashion industry is a bonus but also not required. First and foremost, we are looking for strong Marketing skills and cognitive abilities, regardless of industry.
:Education: Bachelors degree from a top, competitive university
