Watters, a global leader in the fashion industry for over 30 years, is searching for an outstanding Marketing Manager or Sr. Manager to help us continue growing our six brands in the luxury bridal and social dresses space.

This person will report to the Director / Head of Marketing and will have the opportunity to help launch and build a number of new Marketing programs and initiatives, while continuing to improve upon our current Marketing functions. We are looking for someone who can both plan strategically, as well as handle the tactical execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep level of expertise with email marketing strategy first and foremost and will also have experience with other areas of marketing. He / she also possesses strong writing skills and a visual understanding of our brands, as well as a data and ROI:driven approach when it comes to making day:to:day Marketing decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

Email Marketing Expert

:Work with the Marketing Director to create strategic plans for overall Email Marketing programs (both retailer and consumer focused)
:Build and launch the consumer:focused email marketing program from the ground up
:Devise, launch, and optimize lifecycle:based drip campaigns / triggered emails to drive consumers toward conversions
:Create, write, and personally execute email layouts and campaigns for Consumers and Retail Partners through MailChimp.
:Increase and measure of email subscribers through strategic initiatives
:Implement list segmentation best practices, processes, and targeted campaigns
:Manage email marketing calendar
:Utilize A/B Tests and convey / document learnings to team

Strategy and Execution for Other Marketing Areas:

:Promotions Strategy : Assist Marketing Director with new Promotions / Discounts strategy and ROI Analysis
:Content Marketing : Work with Marketing Director to create and manage consumer facing Editorial Plan and Calendar; write and publish Blog Posts and other consumer:facing content
:B2B Marketing : Create collateral / brochures and other Retailer:focused materials to assist Sales Team; strategy and execution for new B2B initiatives to drive sample sales and reorders from our retail partners
:Product and Brand MarketinG : Assist the Marketing Director with Go:to:Market execution, positioning, internal and external communications, sales team training, and other Marketing deliverables for upcoming product launches and announcements (ex: new seasonal collections, new programs and features, etc.); Assist with roll:out of new branding and positioning initiatives
:Influencer Marketing Strategy
:PR and Marketing Communications : May assist with writing press releases and a number of other strategic PR initiatives as needed by the Marketing Director
:Website : May assist with writing copy for new website pages and sections, as well as working with the Marketing Director / Graphic Designers / Web Development Team to continue to improve the website to ensure all web pages are on:brand

: Direct Mail Tests
: Customer Research
Marketing Skills and Requirements
:4:7 years of professional, full:time experience in Marketing
:Must be an expert in Email Marketing and have experience building out email strategy, including triggered emails
:Deep understanding and knowledge of some of the other Marketing functions mentioned in Responsibilities section above. We are looking for depth
