Job Description:/h3:

Growing Dallas based partnership involved in the purchase of oil and gas mineral rights and royalties is seeking an inside sales representative to identify business opportunities by developing new prospects and interacting with qualified prospects in order to increase and qualify leads for the sales closer team.

Primary Responsibilities:

:
Calling on new prospects to qualify for acquisition opportunity, generate interest/demand, and move the prospect along in the early stages of the acquisition process by cold calling and networking.

:
Sourcing leads through cold calling (60 plus calls made/day) and transitioning sellers to a closer.

:
Collaborate with the team lead to identify best strategies and approaches to consistently achieve company sales targets.

:
Migrating prospects to the funnel statues of Sales Qualified Lead (SQL).

:
Managing and updating leads within Salesforce; utilizing Salesforce CRM to capture notes from each call and contact status.

:
Communicating call details and strategizing with closer.

:
Prospect and build a sales pipeline for the closers via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods.

:
Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face:to:face appointments with the closer team.

Qualifications:

:
3:5 years of sales/cold calling experience.

:
Bachelors degree or equivalent.

:
Ability to comprehend the organizations product line and to communicate our value proposition to prospects.

:
Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally.

:
Experience in lead nurturing and appointment setting.

:
Understanding of the sales cycle

:
Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and self:motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team.

:
Strong internet research skills required.

:
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skill

:
Highly organized and attentive to detail.

:
Strong leadership skills and the ability to operate in a fast:paced environment and challenging workload.

:
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

:
Self:starter and highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.

:
Solid listening skills, ability to listen to, understand and respond to the needs of existing and potential clients.

:
Impeccable character with high level of integrity and dependability.
