Job Duties
:Superior ongoing customer service and relationship building, with face to face interaction as well as ongoing email and telephone contact.
:Assisting with Benefit Admin as needed
:Coordinating and conducted open enrollment meetings
:Reviewing and coordinating contracts
:Assisting with the RFP process and new sales process
:Strong people skills and high energy.... great communication and listening skillsets.
:2:4 years of experience in group benefits preferred
:Proficient with Excel
:Detail oriented AND creative
