B2B Business Development Representative
To coordinate these activities, we are looking for an experienced B2B Business Development Representative (BD Rep); a transformational BD Rep who will join our team and help to drive our organization to the next level of growth and marketing excellence. A strong influencer and negotiator, who is self:motivated and has a proven track record and communication, and will at the same time work in accordance with policies and standards established by SolQuanta. You will be developing opportunities with businesses between 1M:25M in revenue.
What were looking for is a motivated, energetic and a flexible local person in DFW who will work from home and wants to be part of something big. You will be required to meet with clients face to face, and contact through phone.
BRIEF OVERVIEW OF B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Business:to:business (B2B) marketing is a technique which relies on the same basic principles as consumer marketing but is mainly executed in a unique way. While consumers choose products based on popularity and price, status, and other emotional triggers, B2B buyers make decisions based on price and profit potential.
B2B Business Development Representative
:Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B channel
:Responsible for the implementation of marketing plans that are put into place for the companys product or service
:Implement the overall corporate marketing plan and brand strategy
:Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing a high caliber of service, explore and identify all their needs
:Manage clients/projects receivables and cash collections in light of preset financial KPI
:Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively pre and post deal process
:Generating a consistent pipeline of qualified sales leads
:Voice of customer research
:Personal and buy cycle insights
:Responsible for selling to businesses between 1M:25M in revenue
:Management of and/or participation in key areas of marketing activity
DUTIES OF B2B BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
:Building valuable relationships to guarantee lasting customers
:Create proposals for target clients with relevant info and quotes
:Connect with a variety of business owners
B2B BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS
:Professionals with strong communications and collaboration skills and background in economics and business
:Have interest and talent in sales, negotiation and decision making
:5+ years in a B2B environment
:Demonstrated strategy, planning and management skills
:Experience with driving a sales pipeline and the provision of sales:ready leads
:Experience with demand generation, marketing automation, CRM and lead management best practices
CORE SKILL AS A B2B BIZ DEV REP
:Must have the ability to bounce back from rejections. Strike:out frequently
:Must have the ability to conveys a point clearly and concisely.
:Have the ability to make your presentations shorter, simpler and more effective
:Must have the ability to comfortably present your offering across many mediums
:Handle objections
:Knowing the obvious: your prospects company, position, url, and product
:Above all, have the ability to Make the closing process a series of small wins leading up to a closed deal
QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATES and MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
:Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related fields like advertising, accounting, economics, mathematics, or statistics
:Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing
:Understanding of performance marketing (search, display and social)
:Must be a good storyteller and communicator:emails, marketing materials, presentations, templates, etc.
:Proven analytical and quantitative skills
:Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and concepts
:Strong project management skills and strengths in managing multiple projects/deadlines
:Exceptional writin
