Huddle House 773 seeks Manager. Supervise and administer the restaurant's daily operations. Prepare weekly sales and cost projections. Consult with area supervisor and franchisee on past sales records and staffing. Communicate objectives to team and make commitment to achieve goals. Perform team member performance evaluations. Optimize sales and profits while maintaining excellent operations standards and procedures. Use cost control measures to ensure desired results. Analyze weekly cost control procedures to ensure that projected targets are on track. Analyze weekly operating costs with areas supervisor or franchisee and plan for any corrective action. Prepare and deliver detailed weekly reports on actual net daily average, supplies, and labor cost percentages. Prepare and deliver detailed weekly reports with revenue forecast and upcoming objectives to the area supervisor or franchisee for approval. Recruit and maintain an hourly staff to ensure efficient operations of the restaurant. Ensure that every menu item is handled in compliance with company policies for receiving, storing, handling, preparing, portioning, cooking and presenting.
Requires two years of related experience. A full time position.
