Garden Cafe Cashier/FOH Supervisor + Barista Manager + PT Baristas

Hello!

The Garden Cafe in East Dallas is looking for a cashier/FOH supervisor.

Also, we are installing a brand new swanky espresso bar at the moment. We aim to serve some of the best specialty coffee in Dallas. We will serve only traditional Italian espresso drinks made with care and excellence. We'll need a Barista Manager/Supervisor full time, and probably 2 part time Baristas. Pay for Cashier is $7.25 plus tips. Comes out to ~ $10-$11 per hour. Restaurant experience preferred. Positive attitude and cleanliness necessary.

FOH Supervisor is $8 plus tips.

Barista Manager and PT Barista wage is to be decided based on experience. We are looking for highly trained coffee lovers that will make every drink with the utmost care. We have invested quite a bit into this venture, and it will not be taken lightly. If you LOVE coffee, would like to work in a comfortable environment where you can be yourself, are looking for a very stable position, and would like to work at a venue that treats you as the valuable human being you are this just may be your spot. The coffee bar is slated to open the first week of December.

Must be available Saturday and Sunday from 7am-5pm. Other hours/days negotiable. Responsibilities include running the cash register, running food to tables, bussing, cleaning, and customer service applied tableside. Duties are shared amongst all employees.
