Job Description
Our Company is seeking an experienced Part Time Leasing Consultant for our Conventional, Multi:Family Community Home to 312 units in Westworth Village, FL.
This diverse role combines sales, customer service, marketing and administrative responsibilities and is eligible for an added income via our Bonus and Commission Structure.
Schedule: Part Time
:Monday: 9:00 AM : 6:00 PM
:Saturday: 9:30 AM : 5:00 PM
:Sunday: 12:30 PM : 5:00 PM
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
:Coordinate and follow up with prospective tenants to ascertain needs and interest in the property
:Arrange for and conduct property and unit tours, communicating details about available services, amenities, and terms of use
:Complete lease applications, collect rental deposit, and submit lease files for Property Managers review
:Answer phone calls and receive visitors to property with excellent customer service
:Work to support the propertys marketing, leasing, and resident retention efforts
:Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience
:Experience with Onesite, Yardi, or other property management software is a plus
:Proficient in computer software including but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
:High School diploma, or GED equivalency
:Cover leasing office on weekend shifts as neededCompany Description
