Candidate must be a Civil Engineer with Texas PE registration and have a minimum of 8 yearsA? experience in residential and commercial land development. Responsibilities:Produce plans and manage residential and commercial land development projects from inception to design and constructionExecute business development, develop and maintain successful client relationshipsDevelop project proposals, scopes, budgets, and manage execution and tracking of projectsLead a team of engineers, designers and technicians in commercial and residential projectsManage the proposal process in the procurement of projects Ensure projects are completed within client specifications, budgets and schedules Requirements:BSCE DegreeLicensed and Registered P.E. in TexasMinimum 8 years of engineering design experience in residential and commercial land developmentProven ability to market clients and secure contractsAutoCAD Civil 3D proficiencyMicrosoft Word and Excel proficiency Knowledge of local design ordinances and standards Previous business development experience preferred We offer a competitive benefit and compensation package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long/short:term disability plans, and two retirement plans: 401(k) and an ESOP.
