Summary of Position
The Director of Client Relationship Management will drive the companys transformation into a customer:centric organization. This position is responsible for growing revenue throughout our customer lifecycle by leading the development and management of a leading customer relationship strategy with our clients. The director will manage the partnership with Operations, Marketing, Sales, IT, and champion the initiatives to executive leadership and the clients to ensure we meet their expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all strategic matters specific to your customers
:Build and maintain strong, long:lasting customer relationships
:Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
:Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
:Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
:Forecast and track key account metrics
:Identify and grow opportunities within existing customers and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
:Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
:Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
:Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations.
:Meets assigned targets for all assigned tasks and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
:Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
:Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel

Minimum Qualifications
:
Bachelors degree or seven (7) years experience in the real estate, banking or vendor management industry
:
Demonstrated client management experience
:
Strong operational background (either lender or title)
:
Knowledge of client integrations
:
Knowledge of real estate closing and title clearance processes
:
Must possess good organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
:
Demonstrated good communication and customer service skills
:
Knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft software products
