We offer a full suite of specialty services for the Commercial Real Estate market, and handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for gaining new business through prospecting and networking. The position is geared for a true hunter with the drive and ambition to make calls, network, and have the face:to:face visits necessary for success.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Business Development Representative:
:Procure and maintain new business through prospecting and networking
:Schedule face:to:face meetings with prospective clients
:Will be trained in real estate transaction and closing process
:Proactively work with clients and staff to ensure deal flows smoothly from start to finish
:Attend trade shows and other networking events to expand prospect base
:Follow up on leads from company seminars and marketing initiatives

Requirements for the Business Development Representative:
:2:5 years of sales experience
:Real Estate industry experience is highly preferred
:Valid Drivers License and means of transportation
:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
:Highly self:motivated
