DRUMMER WANTED. for a contemporary country rock band

Looking for a drummer for a country rock band.
should be able to understand music theory, improvise and have a professional attitude. should be very experienced. should be able to rehearse once a week, should be able to commit and be a team player. good work ethic is a must.

we hail from mckinney, texas. rehearsals will be in mckinney once a week.
we do a lot of the modern country stuff, such as little big town, martina mcbride, carrie underwood, lady, auntbellum, sugarland, indigo girls, rascal flatts. as you can tell we have a female singer.

we, in the band are all accomplished musicians and would prefer someone on the same wavelength. we have a band manager who does the booking and we do have paying gigs.
