Job Description:/h3:

Manage and direct Marketing and Sales Support functions to support the companys growth and development strategy and objectives.
:Build and maintain a stable and scale:able proposal function with processes, procedures, controls, and data repository necessary to respond to Requests for Proposal / Information, and renewals accurately, and on a timely basis
:Establish and maintain a pricing model, tied to the P/L, along with an accountability and tracking model to assure adherence to established pricing policies complete with decision maker verification and sign:off
:Develop and or maintain a stable of Stop Loss carriers profiled, with a quarterly review of financials, issues, commissions, and overrides to assure that carriers are financially sound and that The Companys is receiving the proper revues commensurate with their value delivery.
:Feed established revenue forecasting models proposal information to assure timely and accurate accounting of opportunities : i.e. CRM tools
:Develop and maintain a marketing plan that promote and supports The Companys growth objective by developing promotional campaigns, press releases, Leadership Forums, presentations, proposals, and advertising and marketing collateral.
:Ongoing process improvement through implementation and integration of updated best practices and technology
:Provide leadership and/or supports the design, development, and implementation of products and service lines
:Develop, maintain and administer annual budget process for assigned area of responsibility
:Conduct and analyze market research to determine risk and marketability of potential products and product features

:A minimum of 10 years experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in leadership roles guiding and directing sales and marketing teams.
:Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals. Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
:Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and planning and
:Bachelors degree and five plus years of related experience in the managed care industry or the equivalent combination of experience and education.
