Private OB:Gyn specialty practice located near Dallas Methodist Hospital seeks full time Medical Office Receptionist with some administrative responsibilities. MUST have private medical practice experience, excellent organizational and people skills. Job responsibilities include:
Answering telephones Scheduling patients Routing patient calls Reminder Calls Cash Management (payment collections at check:in and payment posting) Greet Patients : Check In/Out and Patient Tracking Fax Management Opening and/or Closing Marketing and Statement Mailing Scheduling appointments for administrator and office manager Scheduling vendor appointments Scanning and filing patient and/or administrator and manager documents
In addition to standard Medical Office Receptionist duties, you will work in concert with office manager to ensure the smooth operation of the front office by providing assistance with your excellent customer service and preparedness skills.
Must be HIPAA trained, proficient in multi:line telephone system and electronic medical records. We provide the highest quality womens healthcare and are fortunate to be able to do so : attitude is everything in this busy job and we seek someone who appreciates the work we do and the opportunity to work with our wonderful patients and in a supportive team enviornment. Must be available to sometimes open the practice at 7 a.m. or close the practice at 6 p.m. and willing to commute to near Dallas Methodist Hospital daily.
