This position assists and supports the Divisional Finance Manager/Director with various tasks including monthly close reviews, variance and other ad hoc analyses and payroll reviews.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
:Conducts monthly close reviews and variance analysis.
:Ensures accuracy of financial statements, prepare detailed variance analysis, and prepare reports for Senior Management.
:Responsible for payroll review and reports; ensure accuracy, analysis of payroll trends. Assist in development and implementation of physician compensation plans.
:Assists with financial reporting and annual budget/plan preparation.
:Assists with forecast model and budget variance reporting.
:Researches and assist with department's financial performance; including Revenue Cycle, Net Revenue, and Central Accounting to ensure consistency and accuracy in applying standards, policies and procedures, and payment trends.
:Assists payroll/benefit coordinators during regular payroll processing as needed.
:Provides support to the Physician and Midlevel Providers regarding payroll concerns. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
:Responsible for submitting accounts payable invoices
:Must be able to extract data from various sources and systems.
:Supports the creation of new sales proformas for division Business Development.
:Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
:Perform other duties as assigned.

:Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
:Must have basic accounting knowledge and experience with General Ledger programs.
:Preferred experience with payroll preparation and/or supervision.
:Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
:Must have basic computing skills. Must be proficient with Excel functions and MS Word.
:Must be available for limited travel to client contracts.
