PRIMARY PURPOSEProvides financial support to the HIV Services, a Parkland project, for financial and grant monitoring. Serves as a resource to HIV Services management for financial and grant analyses. MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONSEducation/Experience::Must have a Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting or a related degree, plus three years of experience related to accounting, auditing, finance, or general business; OR,:Must have seven years of experience in accounting, auditing, finance, or general business. :Grant writing, Federal, State and private sector compliance management experience preferred.Certification/Registration/Licensure::N/ASkills or Special Abilities::Must have extensive working knowledge of accounting. :Must have advanced computer skills, including spreadsheet, database management and word processing software.:Must be familiar with the fields of business management, auditing, accounting and fiscal and/or grants management. :Must possess good oral and written communication skills, strong tact and diplomacy skills, and the ability to communicate with all levels of employees to include executive management and physicians. :Must have proven time management skills.:Utilizes creativity and innovation in attaining desired outcomes.:Uses a holistic approach and persists when solving problems.:Works in a highly organized manner, capturing and attending to details as well as the bigger picture.:Acts with a sense of urgency.:Synthesizes information and shares it with a larger group.
