Role: Client Partnership Manager
Objective:
Creative Channel is looking for a proven sales and account management professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to win. Our Client Partnership Managers (CPM) are industry visionaries who have the ability to drive data:based value and insights growing our partnerships in a deliberate way by leading strategic account planning, managing operational excellence, developing needs based proposals while defining and executing against clear business objectives. Our CPMs are committed to a thorough study and expertise of trends happening in our industry within their assigned portfolios space to provide thought leadership on how our clients will win. The right candidate will have a chance to participate both in internal and external projects who will need to be exceptionally passionate and have strong business acumen to work at CCS.

Operations
:
Lead and drive an operational team of individuals toward execution of goals as defined by yourself and the client.
:
Develop internal team execution plans to be carried out cross functionally, ensuring that teams stay on task and are driven by clear objectives and timelines.
:
Responsible for overall client satisfaction. Develop broad, productive working relationships with day:to:day contact and key stakeholders within the client environment.

:
Responsible for the client P and L. On a weekly rhythm, monitors assigned client contracts to ensure revenues are on track to fully recognize, proactively takes action when needed.
:
Develop broad, productive working relationships with all key departments within the CCS environment, including production, technology, human resources, operations and logistics.
:
Deliberately generates new business within existing relationships by up:selling and cross:selling other product categories and solutions.
:Effectively work with CCS Leadership team in order to help maximize potential business opportunities and partnerships beyond current scope of work.
:
Responsible for achieving assigned revenue quotas monthly, quarterly and annually

Administrative
:
Regularly document pertinent conversations, emails and action items with company established CRM system
:
On a weekly cadence, ensure that all opportunities are updated within the agencies sales tracking system.
:
Directly responsible for the development and execution of all proposals and contracts specific to the assigned accounts.
