We are seeking a Senior Program Manager for AT&T's Consumer Digital's Privacy team. The manager will program manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects to audit compliance needs. The manager will need to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders impacting Consumer Digital to program manage various types of projects and associated initiatives for attestation, dashboarding, and general compliance oversight. This role requires a special combination of privacy expertise, technical experience, organizational skills, and the ability to influence. Part of this role will also be to help iterate and improve privacy processes and infrastructure. The manager will collaborate with business units on how to implement privacy and data protection requirements and best practices. The manager will also need to program manage the Consumer Digital Privacy team's footprint across all projects impacting compliance and privacy with multiple business units across AT&T. The candidate's experience in privacy, audit and compliance processes will be integral for ushering projects through design, development and launch phases. The candidate will drive our privacy strategy bridging business units' applications and services with privacy requirements. You should be passionate about privacy, trust, safety and security.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Consumer Digital Privacy team's portfolio and running privacy dashboard
  • Facilitate privacy discussions between different functions at AT&T-Consumer Digital including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other partners such as Legal, Corporate Compliance, Public Policy
  • Help identify privacy requirements and develop solutions to protect user privacy
  • Lead internal process improvement projects, including the development and implementation of internal tools
  • Consult on creation and integration of privacy impact analysis into project lifecycle development efforts
  • Conduct refresher training sessions and workshops on compliance
  • Create and manage consumer privacy education campaigns
  • Take ownership of client relationships, and manage consulting engagements from prospecting, defining SOWs, and leading privacy focused kick-offs


Minimum qualifications:
  • 8-10 years program management experience in a fast paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt strategies to changing or conflicting requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
  • Certification in compliance, privacy, or audit field is preferred. A Masters or other advanced degree may be considered in lieu of a professional certification
  • Experience working in software product development with intimate familiarity with SDLC
  • Experience working on or with Privacy or Security teams
  • Experience working with Legal teams and external regulators
  • Proven ability to show solid judgment and make balanced decisions under pressure
  • CIPP certification preferred
