WORK ACTIVITIES/CONTEXT:Develops strategies and plans for aligning Leaders and all levels of stakeholders to project goals and objectives.Conducts business impact and risk assessments to determine people, process, and technology impacts at the Company, Department, and job:specific levels and determine the best approach for addressing impacts and risks.Develops and executes coordinated, comprehensive communication plans (including ample opportunities for two:way dialogue) to facilitate clear, consistent, and honest internal and external messaging along all phases of the project.Develops and executes implementation and post:implementation support strategies for the business.Responsible for marketing portfolio of projects with technology/non:tech impact.Responsible for working with Commercial Planning to ensure Marketing Dept Plan is incorporated in Commercial Plan and Corporate Master plan.Responsible for helping MLT prioritize Marketing technology needs.Responsible for helping with process improvement and role clarity within the Marketing Department.Supports Marketing Leadership Team as needed.Represents Leader as needed within the Dept and interdepartmentally.Facilitates the Project Teams in developing business continuation plans.Facilitates Organizational Development activities, including job role design and performance measures as needed for Company or Departmental projects.Provides guidance and assists in planning for project team effectiveness, including team and department structure design and capability transfer approach.Builds and maintains cross:functional relationships.Contributes to the development of an Organizational Readiness methodology and toolset. Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description. May perform other job duties as directed by EmployeeA?s Leaders.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. EDUCATION: BachelorA?s degree required.MBA or Masters Degree preferred. WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience developing and executing Organizational Readiness/Change Management plans across all project phases.3 : 5 years of Leadership experience2+ years of experience in the transportation industry preferred.2+ yearsA? experience in Finance/Budget/analysis/Marketing preferred.Project Management certification preferred. SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE: Ability to exercise business judgment, to communicate persuasive conclusions and insights, and to build relationships.Ability to project poise, confidence and maturity in both internal and external situations.Ability to effectively supervise/manage Team members.Ability to meet deadlines, often within very tight timeframes.Ability to serve a full range of assignments.Working knowledge of business process design and training development methodology.Must have the ability to assume a high level of responsibility and to provide direction in a cross:functional, team:oriented environment.Must have the ability to properly manage highly sensitive and confidential information.Must have the ability to contend with the range and complexity of large business problems.Must have experience developing and deliver
