Hilton's combined Regional Marketing and eCommerce team is responsible for driving increased market share and revenue through focused Destination Marketing, hotel-level eCommerce Consulting, and a series of Specialty functions. The Senior Manager of eCommerce Consulting will be a critical leadership role that will ensure the optimal deployment and application of our Digital Marketing experts, positioning our teams to focus on where the need and opportunity are greatest while still maintaining our industry leading conversion.

What will I be doing?

The Senior Manager of eCommerce Consulting will be responsible for leading eCommerce and Marketing activities for a defined Regional team. Crucial to this role will be driving and executing the Marketing and eCommerce strategy in support of hotels in the defined region.

Other key priorities are listed below:
  • Deliver the strategy and approach for defined region, brands, customer segments and customer origin
  • Develop processes, communication standards and tools to ensure we are driving Marketing and eCommerce activity to meet revenue and share targets for a defined region, while in parallel providing the appropriate level of support to our hotels
  • Actively collaborate with the team to ensure recommended solutions are multi-channel in nature, taking advantage of al levers available to the combined team
  • Measure and report on regional performance and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for maintaining and optimizing presence and performance of hotel-level digital outlets
  • Effectively integrate with Destination Marketing teams
  • Partner with internal education resources to inform future learning curriculum for hotel-level, above-property, and brand category teams
  • Recommend, champion, and implement process improvement initiatives across the eCommerce Consulting Group, a continuous improvement approach is a vital for the team's ongoing success
  • People management and talent development are also critical to this role and will include ongoing staffing and hiring decisions
  • Responsible for not only creating a high-functioning team with a positive culture, but also helping grow and develop our future leaders
  • Members of this team will be varying in terms of professional experience and progression and growth will be key success measures for the Senior Manager

Job Requirements

What are we looking for?

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • A minimum of five (5) years of Digital Marketing and/or eCommerce experience (SEO, Paid Search)
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience analyzing data and presenting findings to internal and/or external customers
  • A minimum of two (2) years of managerial experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel as needed

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • MA/MS Master's Degree
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of Digital Marketing and/or eCommerce experience (SEO, Paid Search)
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience analyzing data and presenting findings to internal and/or external customers
  • A minimum of four (4) years of managerial experience
  • Experience working in the Hospitality and/or Travel industry
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation skills
