MKTG is seeking passionate, whiskey enthusiasts!! Must be available to attend a mandatory 3 day out of state training in September with the program launch to follow in October.

Position Summary: The MKTG Scotch Mentor is an Occasional Employment Position. Being hired as a Single Malt Mentor does not guarantee that he/she will be assigned to any particular quantity of assignments or that he/she will be assigned at all.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• A Scotch Mentor is a scotch enthusiast and single malts advocate.

• Mentors will be trained to articulate their passion for single malts with like-minded scotch consumers, as well as those who are open to a new experience.

• A Scotch Mentor is someone who approaches life the same way they approach their whiskey – with refinement and risk. They take on life’s dualities with a classic understanding and sense of adventure. Understanding the rules just enough to change them, and make them relevant to today’s voice.

• This position is a part-time occasional employment position.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Possess a passion for Whiskey that allows authentic and personalized consumer experiences
• Receive professional training and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Whiskey and • Single Malt Scotch brands, including history, heritage, production, and portfolio of products
• Execute consumer facing in-store Whiskey tasting events
• Engage consumers at the point-of-purchase, and drive trial, conversion, and sales
• Learn and comply with state trial and sampling regulations
