Texas Capital Bank is one of the most successful commercial banks in the country and is consistently named to Forbes Best Banks in America and The Dallas Morning News Top Places To Work lists.Responsibilities will encompass two areas, Participations and Third:Party RiskParticipation Program responsibilities will focus on the monitoring and daily administrative duties for the Participant BanksTrack and update the participant summaries with mortgage warehouse client information received daily from the CMG and Credit GroupsOn:board prospect clients, prepare Mortgage Warehouse Participation Agreements and update/maintain the programA?s Policies and ProceduresMonitor and distribute monthly, quarterly and annual reports and financialsCreate and distribute notification letters to Participants as neededPerform the daily administrative duties such as: filing, scanning, creating and mailing program notification, preparation of agreements, etc.Third:Party Risk responsibilities will focus on monitoring and managing Mortgage Finance vendorsCollection documentation, managing expirations dates of documents and contracts and working with vendor Sponsors and CoordinatorsOccasionally train vendor sponsors/coordinators of the vendor management processManage and maintain and archival of vendor files and working directly with the Enterprise Vendor Management OfficeServe as a back up to the Third:party Risk Analyst and will generate and review daily and monthly ACH and Chargeback reportsManage annual reviews/renewals and time sensitive deadlines when new customers request custodial accounts, and perform enhanced due:diligence, review and analyze clientsWork closely with TPPP Risk Analyst, Mortgage Finance Treasury Associates, BSA and Credit in reviewing, approving and on:boarding of Mortgage Servicer accountsIdentify any unusual or suspicious activityPerform enhanced due:diligence (EDD) and analyze customers BachelorA?s degree in finance, accounting or business is preferred5:10 years related work experience in banking with a focus on Depository, ACH and/or Treasury bank products is requiredMust be a self:starter with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle interruptions; work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to meet time sensitive deadlinesExcellent communication, writing and analytical skills are requiredStrong attention to detail, customer service and decision making skills are requiredAbility to lead projects, take initiative and develop job aides and training materialsKnowledge of Demand Deposit Accounts, Deposit operations, specifically ACH and advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and PowerPoint requiredWillingness to work extended hours during peak periods such as month:end and quarter:endMortgage Banking industry experience is preferredKnowledge of PEP+ and NACHA Rules/guidelines preferredExperience in risk, compliance, underwriting, and/or mortgage industry specific to mortgage servicing experience preferredAbility to communicate effectively with both internal and external contacts at all levels of the organization
