Analyze and execute pricing decisions in accordance with the goals set by Regional Managers, Asset Managers and all Owner Representatives. Evaluate and maintain LRO settings on an ongoing basis to maximize revenue while meeting owner objectives.Research and recommend set:up changes with communities and unit amenities based analysis via Excel.Guide on:site teams to achieve higher levels of revenue by implementing higher rents whenever possible.Recognize system problems and act accordingly in coordination with Community Managers, Regional Managers, Asset Managers and all levels of management that oversee revenue.Support on:site teams in the daily application of LRO pricing, including monitoring compliance of LRO pricing.Train on:site and corporate teams on all aspects related to the LRO system. Prepare training agenda and municate as needed with all necessary levels of management on key issues regarding pricing, and operation of the LRO software.Lead new property installations and all aspects that involve LRO setup and implementation.Provide timely and appropriate pricing recommendations. Conduct and lead weekly pricing calls.Work closely with IT and Support teams to resolve/troubleshoot technical issues pertaining to LRO. Represent Gables Residential to fee clients. Participate and provide LRO presentations to fee clients.Act as company liaison and communicate regularly with revenue management software vendor (Rainmaker) to identify issues, modifications and enhancements. The position does require the ability to communicate effectively in English, and the ability to perform advanced business mathematical functions. Professional Experience:Prior experience working with LRO, generally 3:5 years exposure as a pricing analyst is desirable. Attendance/Travel Requirements: Travel is necessary on a periodic basis to train on:site teams during LRO implementations and set:up reviews, attend Gables regional meetings, attend revenue management training, and revenue management user conferences. Licenses/Equipment: A valid driverA?s license and current automobile insurance is required. Position requires individuals to furnish their own vehicle to fulfill all of the jobA?s functions.
