Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for working with production and operations team to develop and execute on marketing strategies to drive clinician supply, generate client leads and build overall brand awareness. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing plan, advertising and communication activities for the brand. He/she will deliver marketing strategies that enhance and enrich the position and image of the brand to support business goals.
What Youll Do:
:Develop and execute all marketing strategies and plans to drive brand visibility, generate demand, drive new clinician supply and achieve revenue goals including setting marketing goals and KPIs, developing campaigns, overseeing digital marketing and traditional marketing.
:Create and deliver marketing campaigns to generate new supply and nurture existing leads in collaboration with the business leaders and track effectiveness.
:Support sales team with awareness and lead:generation activities (email marketing, tradeshows, networking events, sponsorships, etc.)
:Collaborate with sales and recruiting to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
:Prepare and manage yearly marketing budgets in collaboration with business leaders.
:Oversee and manage agency and contractor relationships including digital marketing strategy, creative strategy and development, social media, advertising and content development.
:Lead market research projects including competitive analysis as needed. Provide recommendations based on market analysis and customer feedback
:Lead and create thought:leadership program to build brand awareness and credibility while supporting business development goals.
:Create product collateral, including, informational/educational pieces, datasheets, case studies and testimonials and competitive intelligence materials to support client retention, sales efforts, lead generation and client/prospect nurturing.
:Lead all areas of marketing content generation and production across all media platforms to maintain consistency with brand messaging and positioning.
:Develop communications strategies for internal and external audiences in collaboration with leadership. Create content for PR, media and internal communications and develop and implement an efficient content review and approval process.
:Develop metrics for measuring success. Evaluate and implement best in class marketing tracking and analytics.
:Other duties as assigned
:Reads and abides by the company's code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs
:Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company
:Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so
