Texas Capital Bank is one of the most successful commercial banks in the country and is consistently named to Forbes Best Banks in America and The Dallas Morning News Top Places To Work.Manage the overall workflow of the Loan Servicing team to maintain acceptable service levels for booking and servicing all loans within the portfolioDevelop internal policies and procedures, including the ongoing review and update as needed to accommodate changes in business or regulatory needsPerform all personnel related functions for area of direct responsibility which includes performance management, salary administration and staff developmentEstablish and maintain working partnerships with the business units supported and provide a superior level of customer service consistent with the BankA?s business modelMonitor and manage staffing needs and skills, anticipating volume growth and business needsPrepare and/or ensure all management reporting requirements are met, which can include project status, volume statistics, etc.Monitor and maintain standards of loan booking and servicing to ensure audit ratings of Satisfactory or Better and provide appropriate recommendations/solutions to audit findingsDevelop, maintain and enhance working relationships with all Bank auditors and/or examinersInitiate and/or participate with internal and cross:functional teams on projects of varying sizes related to system enhancements, process improvements and regulatory changesMonitor department performance measurements and key risk indicators to ensure service levels are maintained or exceededMinimum of 15 years of experience in Loan Operations, including in:depth and hands:on experience with commercial loan booking and servicingWorking knowledge on the functionality and use of sophisticated commercial loan accounting platforms with prior experience with the FIS ACBS application strongly preferredBachelorA?s degree preferred or equivalent work experiencePrior experience leading and motivating teams including recruiting, training and developingExtensive knowledge of all types of loan and collateral documentationProject management experience, including both management and participation responsibilities for planning, testing, documentation, training and implementationPrior responsibility for developing and implementing department level policies and procedures, as well as the quality control practices to ensure procedures are followedAbility to create, document and present ideas for an executive level audienceProblem solving skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel, proposing and accepting compromises for issue resolutionExperience with identifying operational risks and developing the appropriate mitigating controls, including the ongoing monitoring of the effectiveness of the documented controlsCommunication skills to work directly with all types of Bank auditors and examiners, including providing appropriate responses and solutions to any concernsAptitude for understanding and managing system functionality and the related ongoing maintenance, development and upgrade processes
