Receive and perform daily research and maintenance requests from Relationship Managers, Relationship Associates and bank customersPerform the necessary analysis, research and system input on AFS loans system to resolve issuesReview loan system exception reports, to validate the accuracy of system processingPerform necessary system input to clear report exceptionsReview daily tickler reports to determine if system maintenance is required for rate changes, payment amount adjustments or change loan typesProvide information required for subpoenas submitted through Legal departmentGather and provide information for requests made through both internal and external auditMinimum of five (5) years commercial loan servicing experience, including working with system generated exception and tickler reportsThorough understanding of loan documentation, both attorney prepared and documents prepared, using a standard documentation preparation softwareTwo (2) years of loan servicing experience at a financial institution with assets of at least 1MM strongly preferredAble to work independently when performing analysis of exception reports and incoming requests to determine action necessary for resolutionAble to prioritize workload and escalate issues to management when appropriateDetail oriented and analytical for problem identification and resolutionExcellent oral and written communication skillsIntermediate knowledge of AFS Level IIIExperience with MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS WordExperience with Nautilus Imaging System or similarCollege degree is preferred, but commensurate work experience is acceptableVersatile and able to support other areas of Loan Operations
