Credito Real USA is a global holdings company with several companies within its portfolio. We are currently seeking a seasoned Human Resource Specialist to provide guidance for employees in an HR Shared services platform out of our Dallas TX location. This position will support multiple businesses within a specified US region and also support the Sr. HR Generalist Manager and Talent Acquisition Operations Manager.
:Candidate must be Bilingual : Spanish and be able to fluently read, write and speak.
:Experienced maintaining HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems and Payroll systems (Ceridian/ADP).
:Conduct regularly scheduled new hire orientations and benefits meetings. Enroll employees into benefit portal and management of information.
:Setting up appointments for group interviews and ensuring compliance of our EEO and Affirmative Action Plan policies.
:Onboarding process for candidates including running pre:employment checks and orientations.
:Oversee site surveys, new hire surveys, employee engagement programs. and exit interviews.
:Monitor incoming I:9 forms and documentation to ensure federal compliance
:Manage workers compensation reports, OSHA 300 and 300A logs, E learning Safety system.
:Maintain HR Reports for Headcount, Organizational Charts, Turnover, and others.
:Experienced with FMLA process and notices.
:Excellent communications skills both written and spoken.
:Manage a demanding workload and prioritize tasks
:Cultivate and build relationships centered around mutual trust and respect
:Other duties and projects as assigned.
:Bachelors degree in Human Resources or able to demonstrate equivalent experience in the HR Generalist role with 3 : 5 years served. Previous HR experience or a combination of education and experience.
:Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles including planning and organizing, resource management and leadership skills
:Ability to handle sensitive, moderately complex, and confidential information
:Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
:Ability to read and listen, understand and communicate information and ideas in a clear and understandable manner, both orally and in writing
:Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and
planning/facilitation ability, and flexibility to function in a fast paced and innovative environment. The ability to dive into the details will be critical for success.
:Ability to select, train, motivate and lead a team of employees to maintain an efficient, customer service:oriented operation
:Able to plan and coordinate employee service awards and annual party events.
:Ability to travel (at least 10) Travel to field locations as needed to offer HR assistance, training, etc
:Flexible, adaptable and patient
:Thorough knowledge of office/clerical practices, procedures, and equipment
:Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook)
:Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
:Ability to maintain established records and files.
:Ability to routinely lift 50 lbs.
:Ability to perform work during prolonged standing/sitting up to 8 hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, grasping, feeling and repetitive motion also required.
:Must be able to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and background at all levels of the organization
:Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects and work under tight deadlines.
