Full-Time, FOH General Manager, High-Volume Restaurant

Our team is seeking a general manager to lead FOH staff in customer service.

We are a fast growing company with another location on its way.

Duties include:

Manage front of house staff including scheduling, training, and general supervision
• Oversee that all opening and closing duties of the restaurant are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained
• Responsible for daily deposits, and the correct operation of the POS systems
• Balancing of all daily and nightly cash drawers and POS
• Inventory and maintenance of par levels for front of house items
• Providing excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees
• Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards FOH
• Assist with catering function management and to-go ordering process
• Handle guest complaints according and touch each table during service
• Work closely with the Back of House Manager to provide a seamless experience
• Will report directly to the Owners
• Responsible for quality assurance of products and service

4+ years restaurant experience
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications including word and excel
• High standards of personal hygiene and personal appearances
• Ability to be on feet for several hours at a time
• Experience using POS systems
• Servsafe training preferred; Texas food handler’s permit and TABC license
• Must pass background check and random drug tests
