Job Description:/h3:
Due to the recent growth of the company A and A Marketing Group is looking for 4 additional Customer Service Associates with above average customer service skills and the desire to drive and progress, to train into a Manager Position, overseeing a team of representatives.

You will receive thorough training in the following areas:
:Team Management
:Team Development
:Coaching
:Account Management
:Campaign Development
:Business Development

The Role of Customer Service Manager Trainee
:Communicate with clients and resolve issues as needed
Interface with customers
Offer price structures and amend as needed
Keep track of sales and records
Give informative answers to all questions in a friendly manner
Go above and beyond in service to clients and their customers
Help build customer base
Attend staff meetings and/or meetings with clients
Help up:sell whenever possible
Learn every aspect of the company to wear different hats as required

Customer Service Associate Growth Opportunities:
We have a fast:paced, structured Business Development Program in place for people that produce results and have an interest in growing in our industry In the next 18 months, well be expanding into additional markets, so growth opportunities will be available for people to lead and manage campaigns, sales assistants, and clients.

No customer service experience is required because we offer product training workshops, ongoing guidance, and support. Were simply looking for people that:
:Are over 18 years of age and eligible to work in the USA
:Have a positive attitude and are generally optimistic
:Would be willing to expand comfort zones as you grow
:Want to be in control of their earning potential
:Can see themselves learning to lead a team
:Are excited about traveling throughout Texas and other parts of the US

What do we do:
Our primary clients are multinational companies who are market leaders in their industry. They believe in providing the best value to customers by offering competitive pricing and innovative products backed by good service. Over the past few years, theyre grown rapidly and they want our Customer Service Teams to help them grow even faster
We help them increase their market share and brand awareness through live events and in:store promotions (this is a field:based role, not a call center or telemarketing role). We provide new customers for them on a daily basis through face:to:face sales presentations. This allows us to explain their options clearly, answer questions and complete necessary contracts.
