Job Summary: The Specialty Recruiter is responsible for identifying, sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill various facility positions within a targeted market or territory. The recruiter will partner with facility and market leaders to define strategic objectives and hiring needs and will analyze results to determine best:in:class recruiting methods. Recruiter will design and implement recruitment strategy in partnership with Talent Acquisition Manager and facility leaders.He or she will build and maintain subject matter expertise on each facility and subsequent roles.Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and overall compatibility with facility requirements.Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates.Contribute to continuously evolving recruitment processes and programs for the target market and/or territory. Review processes to identify and implement best practice sharing and communication. The Specialty Recruiter will provide innovative strategies for attracting top talent, focusing on succession planning and pipeline development for various facility positions. Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with company protocol and requirements.Recruiter will drive consistent review of recruiting metrics and make data driven decisions which move the organization toward further efficiency. Create and own the overall candidate experience as first:in:class and make it a core element of recruitment goals and KPIs. Deliver results with minimal supervision, and effectively manage multiple searches. Prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment.Recruiter will be a proficient user of Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS, Taleo).Consistently track and document recruitment activity utilizing ATS. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient at establishing and maintaining effective work relationships.The ability to prioritize and organize multiple work assignments while meeting any established deadlines. Ability to identify and resolve conflicts with innovative and creative solutions. Maintain accountability with facility leaders Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Ability to identify and resolve problems through recommending and implementing creative solutions.Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices and methodologies.Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
