Job Description:/h3:
Our Client Success Managers are responsible for managing client relationships. A Client Success Manager will oversee the execution of social media strategy and fulfillment for their clients. After getting to know the clients needs, wants, likes and dislikes, Client Success Managers coordinate all fulfillment needs for completion. They keep in constant contact with their clients and deliver detailed reports and monthly strategy meetings. Client Success Managers take full ownership for their clients and will collaborate with reputation, content, advertising, products and other corners of the company to ensure overall client success and satisfaction. At the end of the day, it is your client so you should ensure success in every avenue of their contract.
Client retention:
:At least weekly contact with every client
:Monthly reports sent to each client
:Scheduled strategy meeting with each client
:Retain clients and upsell when best fit
:Know your clients personally
:Know your clients business: what does our contract with them say, how is their business doing, what are their branding guidelines, etc.
Fulfillment and Quality Control:
:Continually monitor the Workflow and ensure that clients receive 100 fulfillment
:Review content calendar with client, strategy
creation/execution, social advertising coordination with ads team, and anything else required to complete the contract or provide resources to your supporting team members
:Provide content team with all necessary information and assets required to execute social content fulfillment
Social Strategy:
:Work with client to outline long term and short term strategies for all social platforms/efforts
:Proactively communicate strategy shifts or changes that you see best fit for the client
:Monthly strategy calls required with all clients to assess current social efforts
Reputation Management:
:Strategize monthly alterations, improvements, and changes to reputation strategy to ensure success/results
:Communicate any client communicated disputes with the response team
:Work with the reputation team to ensure all correct sites are setup and monitoring is turned on and for all things reputation.
:Weekly meeting with Senior CSM to review client performance
:Monthly meeting with EVP of Client Success to evaluate client communication and personal goals
:Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
:Ability to adapt/change/think on their feet
:Ability to resolve conflict
:Exude professionalism and confidence
:Impeccable understanding of Social Media best practices, strategy development and execution, and ability to identify new avenues for social growth
We need Client Success Managers who have excellent communication skills, exude confidence and know how to think on their feet. Because the Client Success Managers main task is to speak with clients regularly, we need managers who know how to deal with a variety of problems in a professional manner. Client Success Managers must be organized, working seamlessly with Content Specialists, Advertising and Reputation team members and Designers to exceed client expectations. Client Success Managers must also be creative and willing to try new strategies that help their team reach their clients goals. Having a solid understanding of social media, advertising, marketing and branding is required.
Starting Salary Amount is 30k : 40k, depending on qualification and experience.
