Due to their continued and expected growth, we seek a Business Loan Assistant to join this high:performance team in their Dallas, TX location. The Business Loan Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and extraordinary service to the Dallas Commercial Banking team. This includes assisting Business Bankers in performing their duties with loan and deposit customers.Support the Corporate Banking team with general customer service activities by responding to requests, researching discrepancies, and resolving issues.Assist bankers in preparing and reviewing all documents necessary to onboard new client relationships, and close new and renewed credit facilities.Assist clients in making advances and pay downs on committed loan facilities and with completing routine treasury activity such as transfers and overdrafts.Monitor loans and deposits, overdrafts, past due ticklers and collateral and documentation exceptions and communicate with bankers and Managing Director as appropriate.Correspond with applicants, internal employees, and outside vendors to obtain all necessary documents to underwrite, process, and close new loans as well as renewals or obtain expiring or lapsed documents.Prepare loan closing documents for approved commercial loans including promissory note, deed of trust, business loan agreements, guarantee and other required closing documents to prepare for loan funding.Build and maintain trusted relationships throughout the Bank. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with the BankA?s policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and industry best practices.Proven performer in a fast:paced service oriented role ideally within a Corporate or Commercial Banking environment.Demonstrated strong knowledge of bank products, treasury services and operations.Proven ability to review all loan documentation necessary to perfect the bankA?s security interest in collateral and to ensure the loan documentation is prepared in accordance with the loan approval from the BankA?s Loan Committee.Highly organized and detail oriented, with solid verbal and written communication skills.Reputation for dependability, accuracy, professionalism and a commitment to team work.BachelorA?s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. or share this position, please click the corresponding button above.
