Sr. Business Development Manager



The North Dallas franchise of Express Employment Professionals is looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager. Founded in 1983, Express Employment Professionals is a specialized staffing firm that places professionals within the administrative, healthcare, accounting, finance, mortgage, and human resources industries. We are seeking a goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills who wish to make a long-term impact with the growth of our company.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:
Conducting marketing calls to clients via telephone, as well as, conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
Researching local companies within the territory to identify new prospects &/or verticals that could utilize the services provided by Express Employment Professionals
Negotiating bill rates and conversion fees with clients.
Attending and speaking at networking events to educate companies about Express’ capabilities with HR solutions that can add value to trending HR issues and the company’s bottom line through best practice hiring and retention.
Ensure high satisfaction levels and retention with clients.
Increase office and team effectiveness by communicating daily.
Requirements:

3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the staffing industry
3+ years of progressive experience in the specific discipline you will be servicing; preferably in mortgage, finance, accounting, and office services
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be outgoing and willing to participate in networking and chamber events
Must be Self-Directed, Well Organized, and Goal Oriented
Must be able to embrace working in a fast-paced, team environment
