Hello: My name is Tara Matthews, and I am the community education liaison for Legacy Home Health. I would love to set up a meeting to come out and discuss what my agency might be able to offer in regards to assistance with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living), such as bathing, toileting, cooking, cleaning, or skilled nursing, wound care, etc. We are a small home health based out of Plano, TX. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to let me know if you would be interested in setting up a meeting. Basically, I would need to speak with you a little bit about the patient's current condition, and if I feel he/she is eligible for one of our programs, I could set up a time to have one of my nurses and/or physicians come out to assess the situation free of charge. We also offer translation services free of charge, as well. A lot of people do not realize that there is help like this out there for them, please take advantage. I look forward to hearing from you!
