INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Our client is based in Dallas and is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a passion for sales and networking.
The ideal candidate has at least an Associates degree, 3 years of experience in educational technology, proven success building and managing client relationships, and advanced Salesforce skills. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Generate outbound leads; develop inbound leads through email, social prospecting, and cold calling.
* Build and maintain a full sales pipeline, using Salesforce, and retain a strong relationship with the customer.
* Troubleshoot and educate the customer to address any technical matters that may arise and find creative solutions.
* Meet and exceed quantitative and qualitative goals for prospecting, consumer relations, or other vital sales processes.
* Maintain and expand penetration within the SaaS market by building strong relationships.
* Schedule and attend sales meetings and presentations; preparing all required tools ahead of time.
* Collaborate with various departments when needed to assure customer satisfaction.
* Show initiative while working independently or with a team; anticipating obstacles, planning solutions, and resolving issues.
* Deliver accurate sales projections and forecasts to management in a timely manner.
* Maintain a high level of integrity, commitment, and trust to exceed colleague and customer expectations.
REQUIREMENTS
* At least an Associates degree.
* 3 or more years of classroom experience and utilization of iStation software or equivalency.
* Strong Salesforce skills with a background in education sales; SaaS in an inside sales environment.
* Able to independently manage ones self, efficiently and effectively.
* Show enthusiasm and support for the company, culture, and team.
* Outgoing personality with a strong orientation toward customer service and team building.
* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Proficient in using and adapting to multiple software platforms and devices, and their application within a classroom or school setting.
* Tech savvy with excellent Microsoft Office Suite and online scheduling skills.
* Must retain a high level of flexibility and resourceful problem:solving.
* Able to identify opportunities for improvement and assume responsibility.
* Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
