Academic Partnerships is looking to hire an Enrollment Specialist to join our Student Enrollment Team in downtown Dallas. The Enrollment Services team works directly with potential students in helping people change their lives through higher education opportunities. The Enrollment Specialist presents online Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral degrees to potential students over the phone and via email in a professional and positive environment. Responsibilities Include: Quickly become a subject-matter-expert through continuous process and product knowledge improvement, while representing universities and supporting prospective / continuing students. Proactively engaging prospective students in a goal oriented, metrics driven environment. Work effectively, efficiently, as a team to ensure the best working practices are developed and utilized. The opportunity to perform special projects improving the company, and the student experience. Execute recruitment measures, via the phone, ensuring that targeted response times and accuracy guidelines are consistently met, to aid in enrolling students into a higher education degree. Provide a high-touch experience with students, while encouraging the pursuit of their educational goals. Utilize a collaborative approach connecting students with experts, as to resolve student concerns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred or commensurate work experience Preferred two or more years of combined prior experience in inside sales, call center, recruitment, or student enrollment services. Demonstrated ability to offer world class customer service, and a passion to go above and beyond customer expectations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone, text, and email. Ability to be adaptable in a fast paced dynamic environment. Goal oriented and competitive, setting and achieving, personal and team goals. Strong expertise with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel, efficient in learning new software. Flexible to work various shifts, which includes nights, weekends, and overtime.
