Job Description:/h3:
The General Manager will oversee business operations and the athlete experience at the Sports Performance Center (SPC). She/he will create and execute brand positioning, service and operations standards, and lead the overall athlete experience in and out of the facility. The individual in this position is an unrelenting execution expert with a strong presence in the facility to ensure the strategy is effectively executed by a cohesive team to every guest of the Center.
This person is a high performing individual who has a passion for winning and who can inspire others to deliver services that delight each visitor and ensuring operational excellence.

Minimum of a Bachelors degree required
:
Minimum of 5 years management experience within sports, healthcare, or high:end hospitality industry.
:
Sports programming and event operations expertise preferred
:
An understanding of multi:channel customer outreach
:
Must be comfortable working in a metrics driven environment
:
Experience in building and leveraging matrix partnerships
:
Collaborative work style with passion for working in a performance:focused organization
:
Scheduling flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends to support programming.
:
Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
