Come grow with us US Residential has an excellent opportunity for a polished, engaging and energetic Experience Manager to join our team at one of our luxury communities in Dallas, TX The Experience Manager drives the overall customer experience offering. This role will provide the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure the community delivers superior service, presentation and customer engagement. This role will also be responsible for all leasing activities at the property. This includes effectively helping to manage the leasing team, leasing to prospective residents and all pre:leasing responsibilities of rental units. Implements five action plans to improve key performance indicators to maximize business opportunities.Ensure the 5 senses are established on a daily and on:going basis. Provides in the moment feedback to staff to maximize sales.Ensures hallmark customer experience by assessing interactions on the sales floor.Support and advocate the customer follow up through all channels in a timely manner.Responsible for executing and enhancing the communityA?s brand both on and off line.Provides Community Manager and Vice President of Education and Culture with feedback on customer feedback.Promotes community involvement to drive brand awareness and loyalty by establishing the relationships necessary to create neighborhood exchange. Fosters customer centric culture.Ensures optimal floor coverage to maximize customer engagement.Monitors and enforces adherence to all brand standards (e.g., dress code, hospitality offerings, cleanliness, and curb appeal etc.).Previous leasing and customer relations experience a required.2+ years of experience within the property management industry preferred.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft software such as Excel, Word and Outlook email and with Property Management Software; proficiency with the YARDI Software system required.High energy, creative and with the ability to provide strategic marketing ideas and plans.Strong communication skills with ability to give presentations over the phone and in person.Positive, friendly, and ambitious attitude with excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills.Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospects, co:workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff.Strong passion for delivering top:notch service to help ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention possible.High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.Dependable and punctual with flexibility to work weekends.A current and valid DriverA?s License.As one of the first impressions of our community, it is important that our Experience Manager values providing strong customer service, effective sales techniques, and how to overcome objections.
